All instruments that are submitted to PSS for troubleshooting and repairs undergo a service assessment. This assessment provides context for our service technicians to plan the recommended solutions. As this is a critical step in repairing and problem solving issues, service assessment are required of all XRFs regardless of the outcomes of the assessment. Before proceeding with repairs, our technicians will be in touch to communicate what they have found and the best options for your instrument to be back at peak performance.
